Our goal at AJ&C is to not only source and provide the best energy food and drink, but to enthuse, push and inspire mountain fitness, nutrition and health. We believe those lucky enough to experience time in one of the world's great environments, should be able to maximise and enjoy all the benefits on the door step. Just a taste of this can be experienced weekly with our Arctic Riders Club around some of the best backcountry skiing in the world, and in the summer one of the globes best cycle backyards.

Within a short ride from Arctic Juice & Cafe, Val d'Isere you can get to the Col de l'Iseran (el. 2,764 metres (9,068 ft)) - one of the most famous passes in France, and the highest paved pass in the Alps.  A part of the Graian Alps, it's situated in the region of Savoie, near the border with Italy, and a great challenge from the front door of Arctic Cafe.

The pass has been used five times on the Tour de France since 1947, and most recently crossed in 2007 in stage 9, which started from Val-d'Isère and went 159.5 km (99 mi) to Briancon on 17 July.
